Yamazaki joined financial loan department of the bank and offered solution services focused on a company revitalization and business succession to the small and medium-sized companies and individual business owner. With a new position as a member of corporate planning division, he managed various types of services: designing and planning management policies, overseeing the progress, negotiating to the Financial Services Agency and the Bank of Japan(BOJ), public relations, promoting CSR activities, and the projects of local promotion associated with local governments. In July 2016, he established GiP Consulting Inc. and became President and CEO of the company.

Tadashi Koito
Koito experienced some companies and joined the business revitalization servicing company. Through 15 years, he conducted business revitalization by hands-on support and business workout program of real estate on NPL(Non-Performing Loan). Under the business, he engaged in picking up sponsor and refinancing sources, negotiating with the governments, structuring the scheme, and M&A brokerage activities. The clients’ industry he offered the services to were apparel, real estimate developer, hotel business, medical institution and precision machinery manufactures. In January 2019, he joined GiP Consulting Inc.

Kentaro Kikuchi
He passed the certified public accountant examination and joined a major audit firm. He mainly engaged in the audit services to listed companies on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and provided IPO(Initial Public Offering) advisory services. He also provided advisory business to public sector (regional authorities and public bodies). Leaving the audit firm, in September 2016, he established his own accounting office. Upon the establishment, he joined GiP Consulting Inc. and is engaged in the financial consulting services to public sector or enterprises based on his knowledge in his previous audit experiences.
